The Rhoans (ALPHA RHO SIGMA/EPSILON) was founded in Silliman University on August 28, 1966 by our 12 founders: Alexis Afdal, Abdul Dataya, Elnar Dela Merced, Herman Bodikey, Jack Hoffer, Jose Verano, Jose Sadora, Mangakop Lintongan, Omar Joshua Sandalo, Omar Rivera, Rudy Figueroa, and Vicente Enriquez.

Since the founding of the RHOANS, it has rose to the top and is considered one of the best organizations of Silliman University. Now, there are over ** chapters all over the Philippines.

The goal of the organization is to build a better society through brotherhood/sisterhood, scholarship, and service. Having these goals, we are finding new members who share the same interest.
